Ill advised flower arrangment in Australia

Way back in 2004, I found this picture of a public floral arrangement in Melbourne Australia. Somehow, somebody had managed to sneak the plants into a red and white swastika pattern, which wasn't evident until the flowers came into bloom right on time for Hanukkah.
